Kyc Policies
Purpose and scope
Rkgg's Know Your Customer (KYC) policy establishes the information, documentation, and verification steps required to open and maintain an account, to monitor activity for AML/CTF compliance, and to protect the integrity of the platform.
Legal framework and compliance
Rkgg operates under applicable anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing, and customer verification obligations in relevant jurisdictions. This policy governs identity verification, source-of-funds assessments, ongoing monitoring, data handling, and reporting to authorities as required by law.
Identity verification and customer due diligence
We perform customer due diligence during onboarding and as part of ongoing monitoring. Verification checks may include cross-referencing provided data with internal records and screening against sanctioned lists. You authorize Rkgg to undertake verification checks as required by law and to disclose relevant information to competent authorities where permitted.
Documentation required
- Proof of identity: valid passport, national identity card, or driving licence.
- Proof of address: a document showing your name and address, such as a utility bill or bank statement not older than six months.
- Proof of ownership of payment method: where applicable, a copy of the credit/debit card used, a screenshot of the e-wallet, or a recent bank statement not older than six months.
- Source of funds and source of wealth: a declaration with supporting documentation (e.g., bank statements, payslips) to establish legitimate origin of funds.
Live verification and alternative documentation
To complete checks, we may request a live photo of you holding the identification document. If the documents provided are insufficient, we may require notarised or certified identification in accordance with applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend deposits and/or withdrawals pending completion of checks.
Age eligibility and self-exclusion
You must be at least 18 years old to register. Underage gambling is prohibited. If you request or enable self-exclusion, we will process the request in line with our self-exclusion policy and applicable laws.
Source of funds and wealth
You may be required to provide information on the source of funds used to fund your account and the source of wealth. When applicable, we may request supporting documents such as bank statements, payslips, or corporate documents to verify funds.
Data protection and disclosure
We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. Information collected for KYC may be shared with competent authorities as required by law, and with payment processors and fraud prevention entities as necessary to comply with AML/CTF obligations. We implement reasonable security measures to protect personal data.
Account handling and consequences for non-compliance
Failure to provide requested information or to complete verification to our satisfaction may result in suspension or closure of your account, withholding of funds, or denial of deposits/withdrawals. Where appropriate, we may report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
Ongoing monitoring and enhanced due diligence
Rkgg conducts continuous monitoring of customer activity for indicators of illicit behavior. Elevated risk profiles (for example, large deposits, rapid geographic changes, or unusual transaction patterns) may trigger enhanced due diligence and additional verification requirements.
Record keeping and updates
We retain KYC records for as long as required by applicable law. You must promptly notify us of any changes in information (name, address, nationality, payment methods). We may re-verify information at reasonable intervals or in response to risk indicators.
Policy updates and contact
This policy takes effect upon publication and may be updated. We will notify registered users of material changes. For questions or to begin verification, contact Rkgg support through the platform's official channels.
