Sportsbook Rules

1. Scope and Application

These Betting Rules govern all wagers placed on the Rkgg platform, including pre-match and in-play (live) events. By placing a bet, the bettor agrees to be bound by these Rules, our General Terms and Conditions, and any applicable laws. The minimum age for participation is 18 years, and the operator may require verification of identity and source of funds at its sole discretion.

In the event of any conflict between these Betting Rules and other terms, these Betting Rules prevail to the extent of the conflict.

2. Bets, Acceptance and Limits

The following describes the bet types, acceptance mechanics, and applicable limits for wagers on Rkgg.

  • Bets types: Single bets settle on a single outcome; Express bets involve multiple independent outcomes with a combined payout; System bets are pre‑defined multi‑bet structures allowing a number of combinations; the maximum number of options in a System is 184756 and the maximum events in a System is 20.
  • Acceptance and timing: A bet is considered accepted after it is registered on the operator’s server and an online confirmation is issued. Bets are debited from the bettor’s account at acceptance and are not subject to cancellation or alteration by the bettor thereafter. Bets placed after the official start of an event are invalid except for live bets, which are valid throughout the event in accordance with these Rules.
  • Limits and payouts: The operator may set minimum and maximum bet limits for each event. The maximum win per bet is capped at the applicable jurisdiction limit (subject to change by the operator). The operator reserves the right to limit or adjust any bet, odds, or payout, and to impose other restrictions on a bettor without notice or explanation.
  • Fraud and integrity: The operator may suspend settlement or restrict accounts if there are concerns about fraud, manipulation, or integrity of an event. Bets placed in bad faith or which exploit known vulnerabilities may be canceled or voided in full or in part.
  • Cancellation and correction: Bets deemed incorrectly settled may be resettled within 48 hours. The operator reserves the right to reclaim incorrect payouts and to require additional verification where appropriate. If a bettor’s balance becomes negative following recalculation, the bettor may not place further bets until the balance is replenished.
  • Non-cancellation by bettor: Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the bettor cannot cancel or alter the bet.

3. Settlement, Cancellations and Refunds

Wagers are settled based on the official results published by the governing bodies or official data suppliers. In cases of discrepancy, or where official results are not published, the operator may rely on credible alternate data sources to determine settlement.

  • Cancellation of bets: If a market is canceled or a result is invalidated, the operator may refund the stake in accordance with the nature of the market and the event.
  • Partial cancellations in accumulators: In accumulators and System bets, when one or more events are canceled, the operator does not calculate winnings attributable to the canceled legs; winnings for remaining legs are settled in accordance with their outcomes.
  • Post-event recalculation: Where there is an error in the official result or in the data used to settle bets, wagers may be recalculated. Bets placed between the time of the erroneous settlement and recalculation remain valid; if the recalculation yields a negative balance, further betting is suspended until funds are deposited.

4. Live Betting and Market Handling

Live bets are accepted on defined live markets. Live odds are locked at the moment of acceptance and are not revised for that bet. The operator is not liable for inaccuracies in live result feeds. Bettors should use independent information sources to verify ongoing results.

  • Live settlement: Bets are settled based on the actual live result as reported by official sources and as applied to the market terms. Live bets are not edited or deleted except in accordance with these Rules.
  • Interim events: If a match is interrupted, settlement may be postponed pending official confirmation. If the interruption is resolved within the timeframes set by these Rules, bets may stand; otherwise, bets may be voided or settled with a coefficient of 1.0 where applicable.

5. Official Results, Data Sources and Discrepancies

Settlement is based on the official result announced by the relevant governing body. If official results are not published, the operator may use credible data sources and reserve the right to settle accordingly. In the event of inconsistent information across data sources, the operator may suspend payments pending verification and a final determination.

  • Conflicting data: If there is a discrepancy between official results and data broadcast or secondary sources, the operator may decide the settlement based on the official source or the most authoritative secondary source, at its discretion.
  • No liability for data delay: The operator is not liable for delays in data feeds or for discrepancies between live video, scoreboard data, and official results.

6. Postponed, Interrupted or Abandoned Events

Events that are postponed or abandoned are subject to the following rules to preserve market integrity and bettor protections.

  • Postponement over 48 hours: If an event is postponed beyond 48 hours from its scheduled start time, all bets on that event are void unless an official winner is declared prior to the rescheduled start.
  • Resumption within 48 hours: If the event resumes within 48 hours, bets on the rescheduled market may stand, subject to market terms and any new conditions announced by the operator.
  • Venue or lineup changes: If the event is played at a different venue or with a changed lineup, open bets may be void unless otherwise stated in market terms.
  • Abandoned events: If an event is abandoned with no official winner declared, bets are void unless the market specifies otherwise.

7. Dead Heat, Price Adjustments and Special Markets

These rules govern the treatment of ties, shared outcomes, and markets that involve multiple participants.

  • Dead heat rules: If more than one participant is declared a winner in an event, bets are settled as follows: if two winners, the stake is shared equally; if three or more winners, the bet is settled at odds of 1.0 for the affected selection.
  • Starting price (SP): Starting odds are determined officially at event start, calculated by averaging available odds at that time. Bets on withdrawals or non-participation are settled at 1.0 unless the market specifies otherwise.
  • Outright markets: Outright markets are settled for all listed selections, with non-participating selections treated as losses unless otherwise stated.

8. Sports-Specific and Market-Specific Rules

Where a market is sport-specific, settlement follows the official rules of the sport’s governing body, supplemented by these Betting Rules. In case of divergence between a sport-specific rule and these Rules, the sport-specific rule governs that market unless explicitly stated otherwise.

9. Dispute Resolution, Claims and Time Limits

Disputes over settlement or results must be raised within ten (10) calendar days after the relevant event concludes. The operator will review the claim and make a final decision. All decisions by the operator are binding and subject to applicable law. Documentation or evidence may be required to support any claim.

10. Compliance, Account Integrity and Amendments

Rkgg reserves the right to: modify, suspend or terminate bets; amend these Rules; and apply additional terms where required to maintain market integrity, prevent fraud, or comply with applicable laws. Notice of material changes will be communicated on the platform. All accounts and transactions are subject to verification under applicable anti‑money‑laundering and know-your-customer procedures.
