Terms of Use

Introduction

These Terms of Use (the Agreement) govern access to and use of the Rkgg Online Gaming Platform (the Platform). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

Definitions

  • Platform means the Rkgg online gaming site and its software, games, and related services.
  • Account means a uniquely identified user account opened by an individual to access the Platform.
  • Software means the computer programs and data provided by Rkgg for use with the Platform.
  • User, you, your means the individual who uses the Platform.
  • Rkgg or we means the operator of the Platform.
  • Content means text, graphics, audio, video, and other material available on the Platform.

Scope of the Agreement

This Agreement governs all use of the Platform for real-money or practice play, as well as related services, promotions, and features offered on or through the Platform.

Eligibility and Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old and compliant with applicable law. You must not access the Platform if you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration and promptly update it if it changes. Identification or verification may be required at any time.
  • Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your Account.

License to Use the Software

Rkgg grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely to access and operate the Platform in accordance with this Agreement. You may not:

  • Install the Software on a server or otherwise make it available to third parties;
  • Sublicense, assign, rent, lease, loan, transfer, or copy the Software (except as expressly provided herein);
  • Copy, translate, or create derivative works from any documentation or software;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Software; bypass security or use automated agents to access or manipulate the Platform;
  • Claim ownership of the Software or remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices.

The Software is provided as is. Rkgg and its licensors do not confer any warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In the event of errors or discrepancies between client-side and server-side data, the server-side data shall govern, and Rkgg may take corrective action including removal of affected content or features.

Security

Rkgg employs commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive data and secure authentication. Access to the Platform requires you to keep your Login Credentials confidential. You must immediately report suspected unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate access if there is evidence of security breach or fraudulent activity. Personal data handling is governed by the Platform’s Privacy Policy, which may be amended from time to time.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction and for maintaining up-to-date registration details.
  • You shall not transfer your rights under this Agreement or allow third parties to access your Account. You shall be personally accountable for all transactions initiated from your Account.
  • You shall not engage in cheating, collusion, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or using automated tools or bots. You shall not engage in money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful activities via the Platform.
  • You acknowledge that outcomes of games are determined by a combination of software logic and server-side processing. In the event of a discrepancy, the server’s record is final.

All payments and wagering are subject to the Platform’s Payment Policy. Winnings may be withheld pending verification. Deposits, withdrawals and currency handling shall use approved methods. You are responsible for any taxes or fees arising from winnings. The Platform may require verification of identity or source of funds (KYC) at any time. Third-party deposits or payments are prohibited unless explicitly approved by Rkgg. Funds held in your Account are not earnable interest and are subject to the Platform’s rules for dormant or inactive Accounts.

Intellectual Property

All IP rights in the Platform and its content belong to Rkgg or its licensors. You receive a license to use content solely for personal entertainment and non-commercial purposes. No title or ownership is transferred to you, and you shall not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works without express written consent.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the Platform’s Privacy Policy. We collect, process and store data to operate the Platform, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We may share information with relevant authorities as required by law or regulation.

Rkgg reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will provide notice of material changes. Continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Rkgg may suspend or terminate your Account for breach of this Agreement, illegal activity, or any conduct that threatens the Platform’s integrity or security. Upon termination, you may have a defined period to withdraw remaining funds in accordance with policy; contact the Platform’s support for withdrawal options and timing.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rkgg and its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses arising from your breach of this Agreement or your use of the Platform.

To the extent permitted by law, Rkgg shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including downtime, data loss, or security breaches. Rkgg’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Rkgg in the preceding twelve months, except where prohibited by law.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rkgg is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations; if unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or adjudicated by the courts in that jurisdiction in accordance with applicable rules. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts where arbitration is not chosen.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Rkgg regarding the Platform and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements.

A failure by Rkgg to enforce any provision shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision. You may not assign or transfer your rights under this Agreement without Rkgg's prior written consent.
