Scope of Bonus Rules

These General Bonus Terms apply to all Promotions offered by Rkgg. Where a Promotion has its own terms, those specific terms prevail over these general terms. By participating in any Promotion, you accept these Bonus Rules as part of your agreement with Rkgg.

Eligibility and Account Constraints

Only valid, active accounts may receive bonuses. A single bonus offer is permitted per person, household, address, email, IP address, payment method, or device. The operator may implement controls to detect and block multiple accounts or bonus abuse.

Bonus Eligibility and One Active Bonus Rule

Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Deposit bonuses are not cumulative with any other bonus. An unused bonus cannot be activated after a withdrawal request has been submitted.

Wagering Requirements

  • Initial deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 50 times the bonus amount.
  • Winnings derived from Free Spins carry a wagering requirement of 40 times the winnings amount.
  • Unless a promotion specifies otherwise, these are the standard figures that apply to all Bonus Promotions.

Bonus Validity and Expiry

A bonus becomes active upon acceptance and remains valid for 10 days unless a specific promotion states a different period. If the wagering requirements are not met within the validity period, the bonus balance and any winnings attributed to the bonus are removed from your balance.

Maximum Release of Bonus Funds

There is a cap on the amount that can be released from a Bonus into the Real Balance. The default maximum release figures are: non-deposit bonuses (including Free Spins winnings) up to €25; deposit bonuses up to 10 times the bonus amount; Free Spins winnings up to €100. Promotions may specify alternative caps.

Balance Order and Use of Funds

During an active Bonus, wagers are funded from the Real Balance first. Bonus Funds are only used when the Cash Balance is exhausted or insufficient to meet the stake required by the bet.

Cancellation and Early Withdrawal

  • A bonus may be canceled at any time before the wagering requirements are met. Cancellation removes the entire bonus amount and any winnings derived from the bonus.
  • Players may request withdrawal prior to satisfying wagering requirements; in such cases the Bonus Balance is removed and only the funds in the Real Balance may be withdrawn.

Betting Limits

While a bonus is active, the maximum permissible bet on a single wager is €5 unless a promotion states a different limit.

Game Contributions and Play Restrictions

Wager contributions by game type follow these rules: Slots and Keno contribute 100% to the wagering requirement; Table and Card Games, Video Poker, and Craps contribute 0%. Live Casino and Jackpot games are restricted for play while a bonus is active. In addition, certain game titles may be unavailable or contribute differently; a comprehensive list is published in the promotion terms and may vary by promotion.

  • The following sample titles are typically excluded from bonus contribution or have partial contribution when a bonus is active: The True Sheriff, Safari Sam, Gypsy Rose, Lucky Seven, The Angler, among others. A broader, up-to-date list is available in the Promotion Terms.

Restricted Games and Play During Bonus

Some titles cannot be played when a Bonus is active. Examples commonly include popular high volatility games and certain branded titles. A current list of restricted games is published with each Promotion; players should review the specific Promotion Terms for details.

Jurisdictional Restrictions

Promotions are available to residents or citizens of selected jurisdictions only. The following list covers some of the restricted regions: Croatia, Armenia, Tunisia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Indonesia, Georgia, Malaysia, Argentina, Peru, Sweden, and Finland. Rkgg reserves the right to add or remove jurisdictions at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

VIP and Bonus Abuse Prevention

If a player's bonus ratio exceeds 50 percent (calculated as total bonuses multiplied by 100 divided by total deposits) after eight deposits, the player will be excluded from the VIP program and will not receive further bonuses until the ratio falls below 50 percent. Rkgg may terminate any player's VIP status for abuse or non-compliance with Bonus Rules. If responsible gambling limits such as cooling-off or self-exclusion are applied to an account, no bonuses will be issued during that period.

Changes to Terms and Promotion Modifications

Rkgg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Promotion or these Bonus Rules at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Promotions may have time-bound parameters, wagering adjustments, or regional eligibility changes as published in the corresponding Promotion Terms.
