Overview

The Rkgg Affiliate Program is a formal, legally binding arrangement that authorizes qualified affiliates to promote Rkgg branded online casino properties. Affiliates earn commissions based on players referred to Rkgg casinos who remain active under the program terms. Commission calculations are based on net revenue as defined in the program rules and payments are issued on a regular monthly schedule. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and advertising regulations in connection with their promotional activities.

Commission Models

Rkgg offers three commission structures designed to accommodate diverse marketing strategies. Each model provides a lifetime revenue share on eligible players and is supported by dedicated account management and marketing tools.

  • Revenue Share — affiliates receive a percentage of net revenue generated by referred players for the lifetime of those players. The introductory period provides enhanced profitability, followed by tiered rates based on monthly net revenue from referred players: first 3 months at 50 percent; thereafter tiers of 35 percent up to 5 000 in net revenue, 40 percent for 5 000 to 15 000, and 50 percent for 15 000 or more in a single calendar month.
  • Hybrid — combines revenue sharing with a fixed CPA offer. Affiliates may select Hybrid as a preferred option. A sample CPA rate is 45 per qualified depositor, subject to monthly caps and regional adjustments as defined in the partner agreement; revenue share continues on all eligible players beyond CPA triggers.
  • CPA — fixed payments per qualified action such as a first time deposit by a referred player who meets eligibility criteria. CPA terms include a post action verification window and monthly payout caps as specified in the partner agreement.

Tracking and Attribution

All affiliate activity is tracked through a unique affiliate identifier. Conversions are attributed in accordance with the last click principle within the defined attribution window. A cookie duration of 90 days is used for attribution. Rkgg reserves the right to audit traffic sources and reporting to ensure accuracy and integrity of commissions.

Payments and Payouts

Payments are issued monthly on or before the seventh day of the following month. The minimum payout threshold is 100 in the local currency or equivalent. Payouts are processed through an approved method selected by the affiliate, including bank transfer or an approved e wallet. Affiliates are responsible for any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction. Negative balances from player activity are reset to zero at the end of each calendar month and do not carry over to subsequent months. Payments may be withheld if there is suspected or confirmed fraud or policy violations.

Marketing Tools and Support

Affiliates receive access to a comprehensive toolkit comprising banners, landing pages, and ready to deploy marketing materials. Materials are refreshed regularly to maximize conversions. Each affiliate is assigned a dedicated account manager who assists with campaigns, provides optimization guidance, and coordinates promotional calendars with the affiliate’s marketing plan.

Compliance and Advertising Standards

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and advertising rules. Prohibited activities include misrepresentation, false claims, or promotion to restricted jurisdictions. Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship where required and avoid incentive based or spam marketing that violates applicable laws. Rkgg reserves the right to suspend or terminate the affiliate relationship for noncompliance and to withhold payments for detected fraud or policy violations.

Term and Modifications

Rkgg may modify the terms of the affiliate program with advance notice to affiliates. Material changes take effect after a minimum 30 day notice period. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Affiliates may terminate the agreement in accordance with the termination provisions below.

Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate agreement at any time upon written notice. Upon termination, affiliates cease earning commissions on new activity, and Rkgg will settle earned and unpaid commissions according to the standard payment cycle, subject to any reserves for chargebacks or fraud. Outstanding payments may be reviewed for up to 30 days after termination.
